The mistake is common. I have made a thread long time ago, and I keep on reviving it. Sometimes I will forget to push it to the top and I see many people falling in the same trap. Perhaps you guys can help in reviving this thread so that others can avoid the same mistake.
Please feel confident that it works. Plenty of them have done that in the past.
Despite checking many times if everything is fine, even after couple of days of AOR, I sometimes wake up from sleep thinking if something could be missing or I messed something with my travel history, address history, personal history etc! Probably one such thought got you that court certificate!
1) There numerous rumours on "why" - my take on it, there is a step of confirmation with a province the validity of nomination.
2) I would not comment on it. I just say - that if for any reason, your CO will not realize that its just mismatch between the uploads, then you might have unnecessary issues
Hi guys, I have a question. I have 2 years of work experience. one 1.5 years and 2nd 7 months. I have the reference letter as per cic criteria from the place i worked for 1.5 years. But the place I worked for 6 months gave me a letter with everything as per cic instructions except for job responsibilities. I have tried everything and they are not willing to accommodate my request. only the JD's are missing on that letter. I have rest everything including work contract and salary slips.
Would 2 letters from my deputy managers with JD's in their personal capacity and with their official email address on that letter work?

I have a question regarding employment records. I worked for the same employer in the past two years for 3 different positions. Got promoted from one to a another. I got my employer to write me a reference letter for each position which I uploaded. However, I did not upload my T4s or pay stubs.
I have read in this forum that it is strongly recommended to attach those documents. Do you think I should write to CIC via web form and attach those documents or leave it up to them to ask for pay stubs, if they need further proof? I know they cannot ask for T4 due to privacy reasons.
