Just talked with CIC customer service and the agent informed me that my application got approved, though didn't receive the PPR email
Here is my timeline

CEC inland
NOC: 4011 (postdoctoral Fellow)
ITA: 22nd February
AOR: 5th April
Medical passed: 28th April
IP1: 28th April
NA: 24th May
IP2:7 th June
PPR: waiting

I had a paper based application processing under Quebec skilled worker for more than two years and my wife is the principal applicant for that. CIC call centre agent also informed me that application also got approved.

I realized that many of us change from IP1 to NA take around 5 to 6 weeks for CEC inland

Guys, qq... should we be maintaining Bank balance until we receive PPR? It appears to be a loooooong wait. The money is basically blocked for such time. ? Any ideas? The reason I am asking is I did not fake the balance. But I tend to move it to my Indian account on a frequent basis, looking at the rate at which $ is declining against rupee, I was just curious regarding this.
