Got an update on Feb 22, but nothing changed. I also have a PGWP application going that has received no updates since January. I wonder if this will end up being a competition on which application gets approved first. I really hate waiting and I'm sure that this will be a very annoying wait.

Update: UCI BIO MEP 2/20
I tried registering an account for the tracker, but I can only do so until today. There is a 13 days gap between my AOR and the registration.
If anyone uses a representative and needs a tracker account, I guess you must wait roughly two weeks to access your information.

Yes, that's corret. It's an automatic response to the submission of the application.

Just to let you guys know, I had been trying to create an account on the application Tracker website with no success, but today I tried and it worked, so maybe it will for you too.

Pay attention to your UCI number. Mine changed from the temporary one (the one that starts with "CANXXXXX") and today when I tried to create an account again I got the message that my UCI was incorrect. So I logged into my CGKEY account, saw that it had changed and tried the new one.

Thanks for confirming. so the MEP/BIL stage typically implies that R10 is complete, I suppose.

also, for the tracker, I can confirm that the temporary "CANXXXXXX" UCI doesn't work. I'm also waiting for my permanent UCI. but from what I've seen, AOR > MEP/BIL/UCI is ~12-20days, these days. it looks promising.
