Any one has idea about the eligibility passes first or the background check passes first? It seems a lot of people stuck on the bgc not start but other thing all passed...Any idea on how long all passed but bgc?

how do you know if you got MEP and Bio updated (previous work permit application done)? Do they send you an email saying you have a new message or you have to check the GC Key?

Depends, some people get a GU ("we have a new message about your application") or some like me who get nothing at all.

Update: UCI BIO MEP 2/20
I tried registering an account for the tracker, but I can only do so until today. There is a 13 days gap between my AOR and the registration.
If anyone uses a representative and needs a tracker account, I guess you must wait roughly two weeks to access your information.
