tried on a local copy of excel sheet

Excel home-->conditional formatting --> Manage Rules --> new rule ---> Format only cells that contain ( here define colour for each status "In Progress"/ " Not started" / "Not needed"

Hey Vinit,

Are you referring to Column P for Days from AOR?
As for sorting feature, on the left below the File menu, you will see a printer icon. Next to the printer icon, you will see a Filter icon(funnel shaped). Click on that Filter views icon and then click on Save as temporary filter view. Voila! the sort feature is enabled.

Let me know, how it goes.

I hoped they would just close my PR case though . It seems pointless for them to approve a BOWP when i am nearing the 6th month of application. either they don't want to give up on the application fees for the WP , or the are just plain inefficient... and ofcourse the possibility that they foresee my PR application delaying a bit more..
