Have you ever ordered gcms notes before ? I think it's better to order one and see what's happening and it will give you more detailed info than they tell over the phone.
I wonder whether there is a trend for people who have late month AOR's being left behind in the 20% club more often? If targets are monthly and the target quota is met, does that reflect in more late month AOR's taking longer...? Just a thought.. will have to take a look at the data when I get a chance!
yeah, no set trend. like RyanGiggs011 said, March AOR's pending are spread across March. CIC can't shaft people like that lol; that would be marginalizing applications and would raise hell!

lol - nothing about IRCC would surprise me ! I wouldn't be surprised if they used a dartboard to select PPR dates! Seems they ate far too much turkey yesterday and took today off!!
Thanks RyanGiggs011 and Mubzali for taking a look !
Did anyone track how long it takes to get passport back from CPC?
The processing time online shows by Sept 30 it takes 41 days to issue new pr card. However does it including shipping time of an applicant's passport?
Or after they receive your passport it takes another 41 days?
I am applying visitor visa for another country in November. Really hope by then I already get my passport back.
So I have emailed the Local visa office last week.(Singapore). They got back to me today.
Stating:
"The application is now queued for review. Once the review has taken place, if any further documentation or information is required before a decision can be made on the application, our office will contact the applicants directly. Until the review has been completed, we will not be able to provide any further information. Please wait to be contacted by our office."
It is all about patience at the end! I hope that all the wait is worth while!
