i just joined my current company after i got my ITA , so i didnt claim points for it, but it was put in my personal history , and schedule A was requested like 5 days after AOR,

this was the content of the mail

 Letter of reference from current employer.
 Funds, proof: Proof of funds. We were unable to read previous funds provided.
Please note that the requested information/documents must be received within 30 days from the date of this correspondence. Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account.

I don't understand the" unable read previous funds provided". I re-scanned the items and sent it an updated POF,

They shouldnt have asked for reference letter for any entry in Personal History.

well they did ... got a request letter from my VO

no, anychange in employment should be presented with a support letter, if it is mentioned anywhere in the application.

They have asked him for a reference letter of a job for which he is not claiming points.....
not a normal scenario...

May 12th BG check changed to "not needed at this time"

I got a message saying CIC CONFIRMS MY application for PR in Canada was received by CIC viz mycic account on may 11.

is that the one?

There might be an issue with the quality of your scan so you might want to make sure that the latest version you sent was good enough to read all the text.
