BC PNP Outland : Paper Based
PNP: 30-10-2017
CIC Doc Submit: 22-01-2018
AOR: 22-02-2018
Waiting MR

As Feb 18 AOR for inland applicant is receiving MR at present. Just want to know Outland file movement

Same here but no movement at all. Only Inlanders are moving fast at present.
May be they are holding us for new finger print biometrics rule to be implemented in July 18
