they send your information to the Interpol and some Canadian intelligence agency to get back some data on your file (things like terrorism or international crimes or political involvement), however, some say also that they might run some checks on work history in Canada if applicable just on random check basis. GCMS can tell for sure what is happenin.. good luck for us
a very funny thing just happend..i found the application status as "updated" when i entered into the application i found the BG as in progress (as it was) i assume i didnt catch it turning to NA and back to IP2 :S :S damn that was so fast

It's ip2. It happened in my profile and one other guy in the forum. They have issued ip2 till feb 14 AOR hence most likely it's ip2. My AOR is 6 feb. they might have changed ip1 to NA to ip2 in just one day may be within 3-4 hrs so u don't get to see NA.

i am pretty sure that this was a BG update, as it showed clearly in the GCMS notes that criminality is NRT and recommened PASS, however the officer did not update the BG to NA as in my friend's case and since it is just as it was (IP1) i assume that things are moving to IP2 and yes maybe it never went into NA and it just went straight from IP1 to IP2,, nothing changes in the rest of the application heads up February 13th and on people go check your statuses and goodluck,, i think its safe to say there will be some PPRs this week around Friday or maybe next week tops

I submitted my file on 12th April, 2017 and I am PNP Inland. I received update on my application last week that I passed Medical Exam.
Just wondering what are the percentages to get PR after Medical..?? Does it mean that we are safe once we have medical update.? Is there any chance that they reject application..?
