Im sorry but is there any issue with your application? Likely medical exam or so? My friend's son has an issue with medical exam and it brought them to 12 months till they got PPR.
I don't know why its delayed. File untouched since September 2018. I am not in review required . I noticed that case analyst mentioned in caps that he couldn't verify employer via web search. This was last year when I ordered gcms notes the first time. I decided to send in documents to prove that company exists last week. Just in case its part of the delay. Apart from that no concern.
