Anyone with PPR from Mid-Dec,received payment link from VFS for courier service??

Anyone with Passport subm8ssion request received from IRCC around Mid-Dec and received payment link from VFS for courier service? What was your timeline ? Any suggestions on follow up? No response from Passport submission team yet in Courier payment link.

I have received the ppr on 17th Dec. Mailed VFS on 18th Dec. Got the automated response on the same day, replied with details on the same day. No response since then.

Got ppr on 19th dec, sent all necessary details since then no reply except auto generated mail !!

Received payment link today finally! But they only charged Rs.970. I read somewhere would be Rs1680. Not sure why .

We followed up atleast two times , couple of days apart. Followed up on the same email chain, subject line with ticket# intact. I took about 12 days for us to finally receive payment link.
