I also apply for my parents visitor visa on 20July at New Delhi paper application but no update as of today

Just a word of caution:
Hope your employer is genuine. We've seen a rise in scamming recently.

It would also be best if you order GCMS notes first. And, wait for some months before starting the LMIA/WP process

I am from Pakistan, have applied for 'TRV+work visa' on 19th Jluy, 2018 and left my Biometrics on Aug.02,2018 at Stockholm, Sweden. As I have Postdoc offer from University of Ottawa, Canada and joining date was Nov.1st 2018 which already has been passed, so now really I am worried to do? As my VO is London, I just emailed them last week, they replied as below, what do you think still how long it will take to get decision ? Your response will be appreciated. Thanks
