ANYONE WHO APPLIED ONLINE IN JUNE AND GOT THEIR STUDY PERMIT?

Yeah I did. They said no inquiries and sent me to VFS. VFS obviously didn't know anything about the online application so now I am stuck. No idea what to do now. VFS agent said to wait a few more days before withdrawing and re-applying. Any advice on what I should do? I have already e-mailed re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca for the fifth time....not expecting a reply there.

When is your course starting? Where is your uni/clg located?
I don't think its logical to withdraw n reapply unless you had made a mistake in attaching documents or filling some form.
Anyway just keep in mind your course start date before reapplying.
Btw if you are thinking that vfs application is faster, then you are wrong, because i applied through vfs and am still waiting.
Also if you are in a uni then its okay, otherwise you will have to apply under general category which is much slower.

My course starts september 1 but i have be there by 25th. You are right. I have decided to wait a bit longer. Will go do the medicals today and just wait now. So tensed because if I don't get the study permit, my scholarships will be cancelled. Praying! :-[

I applied on June 12th and no Visa yet! I applied from Ecuador.

Yeah, I haven't heard of anyone who applied online and actually got their visa! i am starting to think this was a wrong choice now. I have make sure I get my that visa or my scholarships will be cancelled. That's why i was considering going though vfs. :/

You are absolutely right! Look at me, I had my whole family call up every minister, embassy source, people in immigration services that they knew of! High tension scenes at home Another week and I would have withdrawn for sure. So please stay calm and keep praying
