I did hundreds of phone calls but cannot reach to agent due to so many phone call demands.

Is impossible to connect with an immigration officer directly.
At best, you will be able to connect with a call center agent. But they will basically give you information you can get from your online account already

i was able to reach to one just now luckily lol
