I used to contact CIC from USA on 6139444000 from hangouts with *67 prefix util 1 month back couple of times. I could successfully contact agent and spoke about my file.
But, since more than a month the same number is not allowing to transfer to Agent and simply suggesting for web form and disconnecting the call.
Appreciate if anyone share the latest contact number or way to contact CIC Agent over phone. my AO office is Edminton.

Ok guys just wanted to share a step that I used just now thanks to a member from the forum. I just spoke to an agent from cic. Google hangout no longer works.

Wow. Really? It worked for me and I got an agent right away. Mayb Maybe the time of day with loud call volumes can be an issue. I called in the morning within 10 mins after they open. What option did it give you? Automated?
