Im considering to study my masters in Canada. I most probably will go for M.Eng and i think it has low GPA cutoffs than m.asc.
I have a bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering, so im going to apply for Aerospace Engineering (M.Eng) in University of Toronto, Ryerson, Concordia, Mcgill and Carleton.
What is my chance to get accepted by these schools with 3.3/4 CGPA.
PS. I know that almost all of the universities require at least 3/4 CGPA but I wonder their cutoffs.
You’re in good shape. I have a GPA 3.2/4.0 and I was considered for MEng Civil Engineering at University of Windsor, fairly competitive.
A friend applied for MEng at Ryerson for Civil Engineering and was accepted with an exact GPA of 3.3/4.0.
I hope you did good work on your final two years of your post secondary education because this is what matters the most. Apply to big, small and competitive universities and look a bit far from densed and populated areas as this also plays a huge role as demand is high and that plays against you! Just to stay at the safe side.

There are not many options for me since i want to have my masters in Aerospace Engineering. Only the universities that i counted, because I want an education in English...
Do you have any knowledge about cutoffs for Mechanical Engineering? I am considering maybe i should go for mech. since my options are limited. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I know MEng Mechanical Engineering is slightly more competitive but with your profile, you can apply with confidence. Generally, any applicant with more than 3.0/4.0 is off with a good start.
I just found out UoA's GPA cutoff was 3.7/4 for Mechanical Engineer M.Eng program. It really gives me anxiety lol. Really no idea how can these people have this high GPA because in here (Turkey) the avg. is 2.5 and the highest score from my department is 3.6
