Hi all,
I created tracker account a while ago but can't login just now.
Tried to reset the password and entering the correct info but kept getting an error message saying that I info that I have entered is not valid.
Tried to create a new account and I got the same message. I double check the UCI, application#, name, dob, country of birth, all correct.
I just did citizenship test last sunday.
Anyone here has the same problem?
