Dear All, I can't log in to the Citizenship tracker account. From the instruction, I was suggested to reset the password. But whenever I am trying to use the correct UCI and application number it is showing wrong. Any suggestion if anybody has already faced the same situation? Should I go for creating a new account or what to do? Your suggestion is highly appreciated.

Some have been successful by removing the "-" in between their UCI number.
