I fall into same category and got my PPR around a week ago. My employer provided a letter stating my current tenure with them and also mentioning 1 year in future.

Indeed a lot of them are not. That's why you have to be careful from the start in saying you have a valid job offer, because without that letter, you don't.

100% true. But I believe CIC should specify it clearly that if an employee is working on Full-time basis with an organization then they don't to mention again their offer is valid for at least one more year. That will help many ICT folks.

i too applied with 50 additional points. My employer just mentioned that I am on a permanent full time job and currently on long term assignment since 2013. I applied with this reference letter. Not sure whether CIC will accept.
I could have waited for a while because I would have got the ITA in March draw without the 50 points.

Congrats Ubantu. I wish you all the best with the rest of the process. Btw, along with your medical you might also see a change in documents status and BG status sections.
That's true. Mostly big/reputed companies (like mine) have a standard process in place to help employees with their PR. So, they maintain standard templates in system, where, employees fill in their details and get it approved from their management.
You can try without mentioning anything about future tenure with company in your letter. By looking at your other documents, may be, CIC will not bother about it and approve your application. good luck.
