I'm also in the same ICT boat. Got ITA May 31st draw and have claimed 50 point of arranged employment. Can anyone please share the reference letter format they used. It will be great help for me to obtain letter from my employer.

If you are on Closed Work Permit (ICT), you will be able to claim 50 points for arrangement employment. You should be able to prove CIC with employer reference letter that the Job is permanent and will stay for at least one year after obtaining PR.

You need to spend a year in Closed work permit before you become eligible for crabbing those 50 points. PGWP does not come into picture for ICT folks.
