I was accepted for Winter term but due to delay in processing of visa i got it deferred to Fall 2018 and my program advisor was kind enough to defer and provide me new offer letter within 2 weeks

You have to keep contacting after some time to know about the status or if they need any additional documents from you.but still it will surely take more than a month.

I was accepted to Concordia university for Fall 2018. I completed my appplication sometime in January. I received my admission letter in Early February. I am at the CAQ stage, and that is where I am having difficulty. Has anyone been successful with the CAQ application?

I applied for my CAQ on the 25th of February and sent the documents they required, via DHL courier, the following day (all i wrote on the envelope where i sealed my documents, were my address and the address that the documents were supposed to be sent to. i didnt include my application number on the envelope, because the authorization certificate inside the envelope, contained the application number, I didnt also include my file number on the envelope). I don't know if that would pose a problem. Thanks for your response.

It won`t pose any problem and CAQ file updates your receipt of documents within 2 weeks of documents sent. i have already got a CAQ so believe me there`s nothing to worry about.
