Yes, for some silly reason IRCC did not send me one of those and I am struggling now to get it. I have been trying to contact them daily but no response from their side. We need that letter, it has to be shown to a visa office to obtain our study permits in Canada.

I received the msg of this letter in my online account which i linked with my application

Graduation in Arts with economics subject 61%
After that i showed 1 year gap
From 2015 to til now i showed kfc and dominos work experience
Financial only gic and first sem fee
Ielts 6.5 with 6 each
Course supply and chain management pg diplpma lampton College toranto

Rashi, well then your lucky enough to get one of those. I had done the same thing, linked the application with the online account but did not receive anything in the account it just says look down for messages and there are no messages.
I have a raised a technical flaw for that and also filled the web form available plus sent an email to delhi high commission but apparently nothing has happened so far. so GOD KNOWS.

yea fair enough. I am also waiting for approval of my best friend who had applied to VFS CHANDIGARH through Charms LTD. She applied on 21st FEB and her case is also being processed at CHANDIGARH Visa office, GOD DAMN they are taking too long.
