I have applied for ACCA in LSBF from Ireland so i had to apply in London ... its been 3 months and still waiting for reply .. if i get my visa ill let u know and give my help if u need it
 
I seriously dont think you need an English ID card to be submitted to CHC Islamabad. CHC Islamabad doesnt only have Canadian ;) .. They have Pakistani's there too :P. Plus, the website states that a photocopy of your NIC is required. Had it been a mandatory requirement, they would have clearly mentioned a photocopy of you "English NIC".

But then again, its just my opinion.
