Anyone applied to Buffalo after CIO Approval

I got positive reply from CIO couple of days back and now I am collecting my docs. for buffalo, I am in canada.I just want to know do I need to send Police Report and Finger prints with my file to Buffalo??

You need the police reports but not the fingerprints.

The PCC report which I have recieved from FBI, they have put the stamp of no criminal records found on the back side of FINGERPRINTING card, it means I need to send the finger print card as well in this case.

May be not with every one, just an thought

That is the PCC from the FBI, you original post sounded if you were sending the PCC and fingerprints.

If you are asking about police certificates from canada the answer is No, you are not required to submit police clearance from canada unless the visa officer has asked you to do so :

I HAD AN OLD (5 MONTH) POLICE REPORT. I WOULD SEND IT AND THEN IF THEY WOULD NEED A NEW ONE I WILL GIVE THEM, I GUESS??
