what's would be your work in Canada? are you in US now? did you send it personally or thru post? I guess it's 30days processing time. Medical request depends on your work

So you mailed the application to the consulate and received the visa after only 3 weeks? Mine was sent a week after yours and it's been a month, but I still haven't got anything..

maybe it depends upon the kind of work ur lapplyin for i applied for a low skilled job and
they didnt even required me for a medical..i receive my passport with visa
