Hey guys, I need urgent help on this! If anybody has experienced this please let me know!

I applied for my Canadian Student Visa on 12th of Feb 2016, but I haven't heard from the embassy till date! They haven't even asked for my medicals yet! Why is the long delay? I applied through VAC, whenever I track my application it says " Processed passport has been forwarded to Canada visa office Islamabad on 12/2/16. It's been more than 3 months. Does long delay usually means negative answer?

Try to link your paper application with an online account to see if there is any message from CIC regarding your application. This might help instead of only checking with VAC website.

No, long delays dont usually mean refusal..it just means tht they r taking longer to process :) and the process varies frm VO to VO. Some VOs ask tye medical in tye end after doing al the necessary security checks and some ask for it prior to security checks
In my experience, if they want to refuse then they do so in first 1-1.5 months. Keep ur fingers crossed
