refused for the second attempt. Regular Stream, Abu Dhabi VO. Country where applying is UAE. Madami na ko nabasa na refused palagi pag sa Abu dhabi. My question is, ok lang ba na magre-apply for the 3rd time via SDS naman this time tapos country where applying is Phils kahit nasa UAE ako? (aware po ako sa requirements ng SDS and eligible naman except sa present address) Sabi kc ng consultant ko, magiging misrepresentation daw pag gnun. Sana may makatulong.. Salamat po ng marami.

You'll get SIN once you're in Canada. You have to go to Service Canada to obtain your SIN.

Hindi naman po ba mahirap maghanap ng service canada office sa toronto? Marami po ba kaya silang satellite locations?

Bpi is a commercial bank/universal bank in the Philippines so its okay. However, the saving account must be yours or with your sponsor. If the funds are coming from the business, it is better to show the funds from business savings account. In addition, submit 4-6mos old transactions bank certs.

Here’s what I plan on doing, that might work for some of you:

I’m planning to exchange some of my PHP to CAD, but I’ll also bring some USD. I don’t want to bring too much cash in my body while in transit, as I’ll be flying alone, and I don’t want to worry about losing my money when I’m napping at the airport or wherever, haha. I’ll bring 1,500 CAD, 100 USD, my ATM/debit card, my Paymaya and a Philippine credit card for Uber and other emergencies. That’s it. Push comes to shove, I can always make a withdrawal from ATMs in Canada or during my layover. My GIC shall take care of the rest when I get to my ultimate destination. If you haven’t paid for housing yet, I suggest you bring more CAD. Check with your bank if you need to request to exchange your money several days before you need it. BPI, for example, needs 3 days lead time. If you haven't booked your flight yet, tip is to get one with insurance especially if you're booking with a third party such as CheapoAir, Expedia, etc. Alternatively, you can also get a travel insurance via Standard Insurance Company, which I usually do when I travel, just in case my luggage is damaged/lost or I get sick during the trip.

Yes. That would be considered lying kasi, if you say you're applying in the Philippines. My take on that is, don't lie, as that may cause a permanent ban. Sayang naman po kung ganon.

Yes. That would be considered lying kasi, if you say you're applying in the Philippines. My take on that is, don't lie, as that may cause a permanent ban. Sayang naman po kung ganon.

Salamat po sa sagot. I dont want to lie kaya UAE pa din nung 2nd attempt ko. Ayun, refused ulit. Pano ba ma address yung country of residence chaka immigration status na ticks?

Should biometrics and medical have been completed/passed from previous application. You can expect decision no later than Aug 21st.

I submitted my biometrics July 31 and I haven't heard back since. Is this normal? I still have my passport, applied through SDS on my own. I'm starting to get scared and nervous since it's almost mid-August. I appreciate any help or answers you can give. Thank you!!
