Good day! Ask ko lang po, need pa ba mag open ulit ng US Dollar Account sa BDO para sa GIC? Yung account ko kasi is Kabayan Savings... pwede kaya ipa change into dollar account or mag oopen ako ng bago? Thanks in advance
I think kahit anong bangko po, capable naman mag-wire ng funds for GIC. In my case po, I wired money to Scotiabank in CAD amounting to 10,200 CAD. 'yung 200 kasi processing fee yata nila 'yun. It took about a week before Scotiabank received the funds, and it had to go through an intermediary bank (a "middle man"), which in my bank's case was Citibank. Ang bangko ko po ay BPI; it was BPI who facilitated the entire wire transfer process. All I had to do was step into a branch, fill out forms and show my identification (passport and another valid ID), present the instruction form emailed to me by Scotiabank, and BPI did everything else on their end.
If they would require those additional documents, they would notify you to send them (I think); however in my case, they didn't. I got approved nonetheless. What I found convenient with the online application was that you're not compelled to put everything in because the fields to upload documents are limited. Ang dami ko rin po kasing prinepare na docs prior to finding out it was that simple e. Kumuha ako ng nbi at police. Tapos nag print ITR, requested certificate of employment, printed pay slips, got copies of my bank certificates and statements, etc. But I think (though I'm only speculating), that online applications are convenient not only for us applicants but also for IRCC because they don't get dumped with too many documents that they don't really need. Anyway, if they happen to need additional papers from you, they would communicate. Good luck po on your application! Bless you on your journey!

I was at first hesitant because my ielts band score is not good. My total band score is 6.5 with listening 8.0 , speaking 7 , writing 5.5 and reading 5.5. I have read feedbacks in this forum that this scores are not good and there is a high chance of rejection; the sad part is that I HAVE ALREADY lodged my papers ( my agent assured me that ielts score does not matter as long the school accepted you, so i didnt bother to retake and it shocked my nerves that ielts score with 5.5 has a high chance of rejection.)
I was depressed and receiving the approval few hours ago mademe realize that God is full of surprises. I feel blessed and thankful.

I am under an agency, too. We were provided access to GCKey. I provided them my preferred username, password and answers to secutrity questions. After lodging our regular stream application online, they provided me the access credentials and requested not to change anything on the account for now so they can monitor, too, the status of our application.
Is there a way you can work this out with your agent?
When you pass the medical exam, date will be provided. However, this is not true with review of eligibility.
