Goodluck sayo, I would like to ask if ikaw lang nag Apply ng Study Permit or with a family? Did you provide any proof such as property in the Philippines (land title, Business permit) to show proof of strong ties?

Thank you Lord, approved na din po ang application ko. I’m thru SDS, nagsubmit ako ng application on July13 at kahapon po Aug10 approved na yung application ko. I’m going to NAIT, Alberta.
Praise God!

Hello po! Just got my student visa this July lang po. Sharing the timeline process. I am under regular stream po.

March 03 - IELTS exam
March 16 - Received IELTS result
April 10- Applied for College Admission
May 1- Received LOA
June 11 - Applied for Student Visa
July 4 - Medical Exam
July 9 - Medical Result passed at visa center
July 12 - Received Student Visa

Any University Transfer program po na andito?

June 13-purchased GIC
June19-Released/approval of GIC
June21-payment of VISA fee
June22-visa submission in VFS Cebu
August 10-APPPPPPPPPPPROVAL OF VISA.

May electronic letter na ipapadala ang embassy then kelangan po isubmit ang passport kasama nung letter na yun para matatakan ang passport.

Ask ko sana kung nag submit ka ng any Documents to proof strong ties sa Pinas such as property deeds or any business permit?

Eto kasi ang concern ko e, the rest of the documents ay meron na ako, ang problem ko ay wala ako property sa Pinas and also my husband and daughter are both Sudanese nationality, wala din kami property sa Sudan.. we are all residing here sa Kazakhstan.. plano ko na ako muna mag apply ng Study permit then once approve na ay tsaka ko apply ng Spouse Open Work Permit si Husband and visa for our 10 months old daughter.

Any advice please na pwede ko ipakita as proof of ties para ma-approve Study Permit ko, then later on for my husband and daughter..

Hello, it’s better po kung hingi kayo ng advice sa immigration consultant kasi mas extensive po ung knowledge nila about sa situation nyo at ma-guide kayo sa anong dapat nyong gawin. Plan nyo po ba mag-apply sa Phils? Yung sakin po kasi, working po ako sa Sg at nag-apply sa Sg but got refused. So ang advice po ng consultant sakin is to re-apply sa Phils either regular stream or SDS pero nag SDS po ako. Wala din po akong properties pero fully paid po ang 1yr tuition ko at may GIC cert po ako from Scotiabank. Na-guide po ako ng tama ng consultant ko at nagsubmit ng proper documents needed for SDS application. Below is my timeline po.

Congratulations! Asking for a friend.. kasi he's also working in abroad, did you submit a proof na nagwork ka parin sa SG? How about proof of residency?
