SDS requires payment of 1 year full tuition and GIC (plus Acad 6.0 IELTS). you will need a receipt of payment from the school that you have paid 1 year tuition. In my school, you can have someone pay directly to the school. What matter most is that you provide a receipt of full payment under your name (student) so I believe your husband can do the same. Creating GIC wire transfer should come under one bank account also under your name. SOP (Statement of Purpose) provides your explanation why you are studying in Canada, etc. you can include the Study plan under your SOP.
Need your comment:
Philippine Educational Background: Bachelor in Business
Experience : Accounting / Bookeeping
Intended Program in Canada : Hospitality Management
Is it ok? or chances for refusal reason / Proposed study are not resasonable
I still not submit my SP application.
I can change or make strong reason why I will take the Program in Canada

Haven’t tried it Sir. College graduate po ako Sir, 2004 but 2005 I worked in Greece for 11 yrs, working visa po, nanny and housekeeper po. Those were the only work experience I have. Do you think I am qualified to apply for OWP?

ang pagkaka alam ko po there are some criteria ng TFW visa na pwede mag apply ng Open Work Permit para sa kanilang asawa. In this case, application for OWP lang gagawin nyo and not thru student route, mahal ang tuition when pwede ka naman pumasok para makahanap ng job sa Canada as OWP holder. Kasi if papasok kang student, you need atleast the 'budget' for it. Aside from tuition, you are only allowed to work for 20 hours/week lang, hindi enough yung part-time work to cover your tuition lalo na kung 20 hours/week ka lang allowed. Kung naka OWP ka, allowed ka to work full time.

regular stream po ba or SDS? nasusunod naman yung 5 weeks processing. usually yan ang time allowance ng processing nila but may mga natatapos ng maaga. usually, medical request comes few days after lodging the application. kaya yung iba nag upfront medical na prior to applying para di na ma-delay sa pag process.
Hi sir @mic-mic . Ask ko lang po if its necessary to have medical insurance at the port of entry? Or should I apply medical insurance in Canada when I arrive? Thank you.
Usually po may mandatory medical insurance ang school (but this might be limited to publicly funded schools, not really sure) tapos may option ka na add on ang family mo but in Ontario, parang mas OK ang may OHIP
