hello, feb22 kame ngsend ng docs s centennial, march 14 sila ng padala ng acceptance tas need ko mgpay pra s offer letter dw, ngbayad ako same day tas un offer letter wala pako narereceive. hindi ko din inaaccess un myCentennial account ko kasi un agency ang may hawak ng lahat, pero ang nakita ko sa email nila is proceed na dw s SP application ko. baka nakuha na nia un letter.

1. yung NBI po kasi ngayon multipurpose na po. Yun na po ba mismo yung ipepresent sa embassy po? I'm trying to register a new account kaso wala na po yung selections dun nang "travel abroad" or anything related on purpose of getting NBI clearance po.
2. Anyone here po, nag-try magbayad nang 1 year tuition fee sa norquest? How did you do it po?

Hi, un NBI ko dn multipurpose na, un nadw ang ppresent s embassy. Wala na tlga option to select travel abroad, pinag isa na nila.

Hi! It's okay kahit bago lang yung account as long as it's your account, not your parents' account.

Here are the conditions for sending a wire transfer:

• Scotiabank must receive $10,200 CAD.
• Incoming wire transfers will be rejected with funds being returned (less our charges) in the following scenarios:
  • If Scotiabank receives less than $10,200 CAD. Note: All fees associated with sending the wire transfer must be paid by you
  • If a wire transfer is sent from a source (e.g. money transfer services, forex services, etc.) that is not a bank in Philippines where you hold your account.
  • If payment is received from a third party (e.g. parents, relatives, friend, etc.).

I recommend BPI, because BPI can wire transfer to Scotiabank whether you have a peso or a dollar account.
Nag inquire ako sa BDO if they can wire transfer using my peso account tapos convert na lang nila to CAD, di daw pwede. I need to have a dollar account daw.

Pero since you mentioned na kayo na magpapalit sa labas at magdadala ng CAD sa bank, pwede yun. Open ka ng Canadian dollar account on your name. BPI has lower maintaining balance, $500. Sa BDO I think, $1000.

Pa-advice narin po sana, hihi. Kasi po lima po kaming magkakapatid, yung panganay po may work, pangalawa po ako. Then may dalawang college students din po at isang senior highschool. Yung father ko lang rin po ang work. Sa tingin niyo po ba enough na yung GIC ko po or kailangan ko pa po bang magdagdag ng additional na POF? Then sa tita ko po ako titira once na nadun na po ako. Question po, un uncle ko s Ontario saknila ako mgstay during my entire studies, ano ang need ko po na docs from them? Affidavit of accommodation lang ba? Thanks po.

Tourist is max 6 months. Pero kung sakaling magsama kayo sa Canada ng 1 year at siya ay may legal status considered na common law iyon.

Hello po, I am following the thread since page 495 (kc un ung mga recent). So far di pa po ako naka-encounter ng situation like mine. (Or baka namiss ko lang). Sa mga seniors natin, pwede po akong pahelp and mag ask ng mga ideas?

Background:
- business Administration graduate, working as audio visual sales
- OFW since 2011.
- 2016 - resigned to work in a different industry, IT field
- 2016 - after 2 months, realizing the mismatch in my experience and eduacarion, i decided to return to my field, AV. Fortunately, my ex-employer hired me again
- during that turn of events, continuing my education for AV was conceived in my mind which i plan to disclose in my SOP

My concerns:
- Dec 2015 - i applied for FSW
- March 2017 - i re-applied FSW because an enployer in CA showed interest.
- however did not managed to file LMIA, also, the LMIA points dropped.
- Nov 2017 - i applied at Seneca and received the LOA by March 2018.

- though i can clearly explain that studying would definitely give me a career upgrade as the course that i am planning to take is relevant to my work experience, but i am worried that the 2 FSW applications would raise a red flag. I am not sure on how to tackle it. Pahelp naman po.

kapag po mag rere apply paano po yung medical exam result. Wala po akong hawak. Resibo lang po ang meron ako from St. Lukes.

Naguluhan po ako bigla, is it true na after 6 months from the start of our study bago mabibigyan nang permit to work-off campus? Although, I've read po na (some) of approved student visa received 2 permits at the border, student permit and co-op permit (sa pagkakaintindi ko, they have this because their program needs to have such permit) while others were saying na if allowed to work-off campus naka-indicate na sa paper na marereceive dito sa pilipinas.

I've read din po yung qualified to be given a work-off campus permit sa cic. Clarifications lang po. Please and thank you.
