Hello po. Ask ko lang po, is there anyone of you na may problem sa FBI? Start date po ng class ko is January 09, 2018. I already have a lawyer para sa visa ko, is ther any chances po na pumasa or ma-deny sa visa kapag wala pa po result ng FBI clearance ko? And, do i need to show a set of proof na ongoing process ang fbi ko para lang hindi ma-deny? Thankyou po sa mga mag-rereply

Hello! When you say "problem", did you mean problem getting one? It's fairly easy but the wait is very long. I suggest you have your finger prints digitally/professionaly done para hindi ma reject yung prints and make sure yubg credit card mo is may ample funds. Both scenarios will almost all the time reset your waiting time po. If wala anman po kayo record sa US, there shouldn't be any problem.

Congrats horizonj! Buti dyan mababait pinoy! Sa experience ko mas mabait yung ibang lahi. An old lady even stopped and gave her umbrella to my wife nung umaambon na sa bus stop na walang bubong

Hello po. Magtatanong lang po sana. We are planning to take horticulture landscape technology diploma in NSCC. (Other option lang is drafting technology)
Ask ko po lalo na dun sa mga nasa Canada na. Yung landscape po ba dyan ay permanent full time work o seasonal lang? Pede ko kaya magamit to later on for applying PR?
Nabasa ko po kase sa NSNP na kailangan permanent full time yung work at hindi seasonal lang.
Any idea po?

visa of my parents
3. affidavit of inheritance
attach w/ 2nd copy of tax dec. of my parents lot and my birth certificate
4. employment certificate-authenticated
5. last 3months payment slip
6. bank statement for 6months- lates
7. bank book
8. nbi clearance and police clearance- latest
9. statuatory declaration of common-law union (notarized)
proof: print screen fb conversations, our pictures w/ captions, love letters from my partner, affidavit from my mother stating that we are living at the same place, cert. from brgy. captain that we are both a bonafide residence of this brgy.
10. original letter of acceptance
11. receipt of paid 1 year tuition fee
12. sop
13. letter to the visa officer: stating the docs. i submitted and the total amount that we have.
14. letter from my employer stating that i will be on study leave, and after my Study i will return to my job
15. Original- HS and college credentials, my birth certificate and my parents, with there marriage certificate
16. IELTS result.

there wont be any problem, pls. stay positive and prayers do work to lessen anxiety and everything. just wait God has perfect timing for everything, since u will be taking practical nursing its still based on medical field. claim it!
