Did you apply online? at upfront b medical mo? I applied for my wife's OWP last october 12 but since then walang update kahit ung medical nia.

Mukang matagal ang processing ng CIC ngyon ah. I've applied online and got my medical "passed" last Oct.30 pa. Till now wala pa din updates. hays nkaka frustrate na wla ka magawa kundi maghintay and lapit na ng start date ko. :-[

Hi, Erwin, (or maybe info to others as well). I tried asking BVC again if I could shift to Disability Diploma program (from 1 yr to 2 years), and the reply was the downpayment I gave, 1,500, was non-transferrable (which I didn't know) , and that the seats for the Disability course is almost full. So, if I change my program, I will loose the downpayment, in short, back to zero. But, I was given an option. I can finish my current program for one year, then, apply for another certificate course. According to bvc, this will allow 2 years of pgwp. Oh well, I'll have to take that option, and hope for the best sa extension ng student visa.
