Submit a one page study plan which answers the following questions and includes any other information relevant to the processing of your application:
•Why do you wish to study in Canada in the program for which you have been accepted?
•What is your overall educational goal?
•Why are you not pursuing a similar program in your country of residence/citizenship?
•What research have you done into studies in your country of residence/citizenship?
•How will this program enhance your employment opportunities in your country of residence/citizenship?
•What ties do you have to your country of residence/citizenship?
•In the case of a minor applicant, what are your reasons for studying in Canada? What is your parents’/guardians’ immigration status in their current country of residence?
•Provide details of your education history – dates when the course started and ended, the name and address of the school, the course taken, qualification/degree/certificate awarded for the course

Note: wag mong sasabihin sa sulat mo na interesado ka mag-apply ng PR pagtapos ng pag-aaral mo.

nope pero ang alam ko is good for one year lang ilalagay doon , yung akin kasi wala ako nilagay since may mag sponsor ng accommodation ko doon.

Congrats, naunahan mo pa ko. Feb 24 ka nag-apply, ako Feb 23 then no medical requirements pako pero upto now wala pa din sakin. huhuhuhu...

Di ko kasi alam kung saan ang okay na pagpapamedical dito sa Manila e.
3 clinics lang ang options dito SLEC Ermita, SLEC Global at IOM sa Makati.
Sa tingin nyo saan pinaka okay?

Ask ko lang sana kung saan ka nagpamedical at kung mabilis ba nila na-forward results mo sa CEM?
We received our request for medical na kasi last saturday. Family kami nag apply, so iniisip namin kung saan okay magpamedical.

^^ AAM1218, kasama mo pala ang family mo, baka yun yung reason why. It takes much longer to review all your papers siguro.

Mas malaki yung chance, pero hindi assurance yung medical request lang. May naka-receive ng MR only to have their passports returned before they can do their medical exams. Pero let's not think about that!
I did my medical with Dr. Albert Santos in Cebu, the cost was 4,800. Yung tests include physical exam (including BP and vision), urinalysis, chest x-ray and blood tests / tests for HIV and syphilis.

Hi scorpio, btw, dumating na e-mail for med request namin 3 last saturday. Baka tama ka na dahil family kaming nag apply, mas matagal pinrocess appli namin.
Pero sabi mo di naman assurance un na ma-aapprove kami diba? anyway, hopefully after the meds, okay na. =)
