I have been reading this thread for a quiet while.. Nakaka excite lalo na yung mga previous threads na naapproved yung visa at naka alis na. I am currently applying at VCC (Vancouver Community College) Administrative Assistant Program (10 months) as full-time international student. Pinadala ko yung application form and payment with requirements ko sa cousin ko who will fly to Canada this june 5. Hopefully the school will approve my application and get my LOA by July so that I can already apply for student permit on August just to make sure I have enough time to process. Papasok ako sa January intake. I am excited and kinda nervous. I graduated BS HRM and Masters in Management. I hope connected naman yung Administrative Assistant kasi nakalagay naman sa kanilang career outline na I can work in the hospitality establishment sa office department. And my line of work and interest ay sa office talaga. I have 4 years experience in teaching college and few months in hotel and cashiering.

I will be taking my TOEFL as part of school requirement this June 15. My new passport will be released on July 14. kaya by August pa ako makaka apply for student permit. I also acquired my NBI clearance and will do the upfront medical exam nextweek just in case pag rerequire ang Immigration officer para hindi rin ma delay yung processing times.

Nah. I'm already accepted at McGill and my thesis supervisor will pay 80% of my tuition.
But it would be know a definitive answer as to whether universities do give an exemption to the degree equivalency rule.

oo nga po, anu ibig sabihin nung request? nag email din s akin nung 29 May to submit a copy of my nbi..ung MR ko nasubmit na nung 21 may..

ang alam ko po Visa Canada, yun din kasi yung sa akin. mas mabilis ang process pag online ka. hindi ka na pipila sa baba, diretso ka na sa third floor ( NBI United Nations Avenue)
