hi evryone im pen also nag apply din ako sa vipm! i already paid the half of the tuition fee, got my offer letter and letter of acceptance na din @ d moment, im still reviewing for my ielts goodluck to me waterloo ko pa naman english hekhek!

yung regarding $10,000 is a general rule for immigrants na if they bring cash, it shouldn't exceed that amount.
im not really sure dun sa dapat bring na amount kasi, ill ask... alam ko kasi yung amount for your daily expenses, tuition fee is enough.
can't answer that muna. hehe! don't worry share ko advice samin later

yeah, i read something about this in CIC website, that if you're carrying $10,000 or more you need to declare it sa Port of Entry kc makukulong pag di nadeclare.
