Anybody received a Ghost Update for Study Permit applications recently?

Nope. No change at all.

I applied on 24th December , I received a ghost update yesterday the 18th of January and today I received the second ghost update! What does this mean? I am applying from Kenya.

Ghost updates are informally referred to as change of application status from "Submitted" to "Application/Profile update". However, it doesn't change anything in the application, but just an indication that a visa officer is working on an application. I have receiving these ghost updates since January 13, 2021 until today exactly at the same time.
