Hello, It has been 8 months since I lodged my application for Permanent Resident. Until now, I did not get an approval or response. Inland and family application. Anybody on the same boat with Sydney Nova Scotia as their centralized processing office? Your insights will be very helpful. (I'm freaking out...)

Can a member of the parliament in my area help me follow thru?

Oh really? Thank you for the response. Would you know how long Sydney NC processes applications? I have head so much about this office that they are very slow. (I am panicking)

Why are you panicking? Currently the inland spousal sponsorship is about 11-12 months. You just need to be patient

yes, i understand but arent they have different timeframes? For PR its 6 months only.

my PR process was initiated at central processing office Sydney Nova Scotia. The last update is showing July 12 2024 as medical has been updated. I know many other people whose file went to Montreal and other offices and was processed in 1 or 2 months.
