Bhai .. Just received a text from VFS stating processed application released from CHC Delhi .. Now I have to wait till tomorrow for passport .. Have not received any email .. Nail biting situation .. :-[

I applied ma visa on Nov 8 th.....didnt get any mail....at last i received ma passport it was rejection they think i won't go back to my country after study.i want to re apply ma visa....please help me to get visa.

Dont worry. General category students will get visas too....I am an example for that. I applied on 9th July and got a verification call on 19th, meds request on 22nd. All within 12 days. But my visa got delayed for some other reasons (some documents reg my earlier PR status) pertaining to my case specifically. Else I would have got my visa by the end of July itself. Pl make sure that no documents are pending from your side, which could cause any delay.

20 lakhs loan letter (SBI) & one semester fees paid(8220 CAD)

What are chances of getting Visa??

I dont see any reason for rejection....If I were the VO, I would have granted the visa....This is what I was thinking about my personal case too.....BTW, have you attached any CA certificate for the worth of your properties? This is not mandatory but comes in handy to prove strong home ties....best of luck

And i have mentioned the salaries of my parents(Government employees (12 lakh approx/annually) in the questionaire .
