Seniors, friends would be nice to get your advise on this

this is my below situation
say my nationality is A and my wife's nationality is different say B
we are living in a common country called C as we are working here.

now our PR application is with VO Singapore which is a totally different country from A,B or C

we are expecting Passports in the next two months, What i have understood from this forum is that we might be required to send the passports to Singapore VO and it might be at least 2 months before we receive it back

Now 2 months for me and my wife living in a foreign country is difficult, is there any other way .

What i mean is that is there any provision that if your visa is ready for stamping the VO could inform us and we dont mind going to singapore for a week or so and get the stamping done

may be there is no other go other than to send the passports

Just exploring the possibilities. Do anyone else have this issue?

cheers

Hi Charlie,

Iam sure many people are in the same boat as you are and willing to take your stance .....but CIC has its own way of working ....which does not have your scenario.
