Time frame for visa stamp

Respected members,

i have got PPR call from Berlin but i m living in Pakistan. Its forbidden to send passports from Pakistan. If i request VO berlin to issue me Visa from VO Islamabad, how long would it take to get my PP stamped?

AND

Also tell, what other documents might have to be submitted in VO Islamabad?

1. Forever, since Berlin won't do it. Your problem to get your passport to and from Berlin. You can authorize someone to carry it back and forth.
