What was his purpose of visit? Had he been invited from Canadian ?

Hi, I want to apply on behalf of my mother for her TRV. But I am not sure whether I should open the account in the new IRCC portal with my email or the account should be in her name. Because within the portal, then it asks questions "If you are applying for someone?"
Would appreciate some guidance from your experience. How you did it? Please share your experience

Applied 4 th march 2021 biometric done 9th march 2021 and again reapplied 16th december 2021 and review started 11 jan 2022 after thatno response

Apply for her by yourself but let it be as if she applied herself. Don't mention someone else applying for her.
