I had my 'medical passed' update on 27th oct. and there's been no update since then.
Meanwhile my program starts on 1st November 2022. I don't want to defer bcos the next intake for my program is 2023 nov.
I've requested the school to allow me to join the class via online and I'm yet to hear from them
1. What's my best option incase the school denies me my request?
2. Can i be refused the visa on the grounds that my call has already begun?
FYI - if you start online, outside of Canada then it will not count towards PGWP.
1. If you don’t want to defer then consider another program.
2. Maybe

So your program starts tomorrow? Even if approved tomorrow, you still need to have your passport stamped and sent back to you. That can take a few weeks. Processing is about 14 weeks so if you applied in June/July, you should have an answer soon.

Well, i also had an MBA program which i will start in january 2022.
1. can i update my application with their acceptance letter when i've not paid any tuition?
2. Now that i'll be switching from Financial Technology to MBA won't that raise any alarm?

When did you apply for the study permit? The issue now is if you update with new LOA, and next week you get approval, it will be for your current program. Is MBA at a public university?

Hi please can we make this thread active again so that it can help others I don’t know why this thread stopped at once, can we continue so that we can see how fast Accra visa office is processing applications? It’ll help us so can we share our timeline those who applied through Accra Visa office.
But your question was should I pay before I travel or travel with confirmation fees? That leads us to believe your study permit was approved because you were asking about travelling. You should be paying your tuition if you want a better chance of an approved study permit.
