I applied to many survival jobs even at low wages, but didn’t hear from any employer. My settlement funds may over soon and then difficult to live here without any job. So I planned to move before that but also frightened regarding my PR status which may be revoked in future.
Did we need job offer from another province before moving?
You don't need a job offer to move to another province. As a PR holder, we have right to live and work anywhere in Canada. How much time have you lived in SK?

I’m MPNP nominee, landed at Toronto for week and then moved to my nominated province MB and staying here.
I post here only to know about province change that SK and MB PNP has same rules for moving.

Oh ok. I know a few people who were nominated by SK and now they are living in ON. They say that as they are PR holders, they have the right to live anywhere in Canada. And there are another bunch of people who keep saying that we have to try to live in the province that nominated us as long as possible. It is very frustrating hearing contradictory things about this.

Yes. Everyone has different views. No one is confirm about moving, some says we should inform Service Canada and then move but some says that we can move by own and no need to inform anyone. But without any job it is difficult to live here.

All these are people like you and me. It might be best to get advice from a good immigration attorney. And yeah no matter where you live, you need a job.

as a PR you have freedom of mobility. That being said there was a recent example where CBSA saw that a person was not going to their nominated province so cancelled their COPR. Many Canadian employers only hire people when they know you are in Canada and ready to work. Would recommend you spend 2 months in your nominated province looking for a job really hard and keep records that you were in the provinces and actively applying for many jobs. If nothing works out then move. The premier of SK was just in the news talking about the immigration program and the fact that it is not working for SK and they want more control. If you are ever questioned you will have proof that you attempted to settle on the province that sponsored you.
