I was wondering if someone can help me regarding the PCC from India. I am currently in Canada and i have checked on BLS website states that it takes minimum 6 weeks to get PCC, while a friend of mine got it 2 days from India. Can i get one from India or it has to be thru BLS only?

Hi friends I have a question.Since I was born in my house I do not have a birth certificate and my father back in india got one done which has my name as Faru kHz as Paikar and on my passport it is Farrukhzad Paiker.So there is a typo error and so in case of my father's name as in my certificate it is Mohd and in my passport Mohammad.Please suggest what should I do.Should I get an affidavit done here with the lawyer or let my father get an affidavit done in India.

If you are in Canada, the best option is to get PCC thru BLS, as it takes only 2 weeks (for 90% applications) even though the website states 6 weeks. If you want to get it from India, either you have to be there physically or send your Passport to India. Sending Passport is not a good idea, you will land in to trouble if you miss it.

Hi everyone I have a query, I haven't got foreign work experience. After I submitted EE profile, it said "CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience 0".

My question is, do I still have to provide employment letter to CIC while I will apply for PR even though I haven't got any points from EE under foreign work experience.?

Hi,

why the system will ask you to upload employment letter for the experience which you dont have or didnt claimed. Dont worry, you dont have to upload any letter regarding your foreign experience.

2. As current draw haven't take place , can I remove foreign work experiance from my EE profile. I don't want to claim foreign work Experiance due to employment letter and may paper works.

Hey BLS is the best way I have recently got my PCC done in 8 days

You can ask you parents or close friend to get one for you from nearest police station of your address....
They jus need police clearance , they dont care how u get it thru bls or some other way

I have b tech degree four years which is validated by wes

And then i have done a fast track post secondary diploma of 1 year in canada

Do i come in two degree with one more than three years or

Just degree ponits....

Its making difference of 8 points i dont know what should i fill in

My IELTS score is R-8, L- 8, S-7, W-5.5(only) and got 105 points for that.
If retake my IELTS and try to improve my score will my previous IELTS score be still valid for 2 years?

You need minimum IELTS CLB 7 (6,6,6,6) to be eligible. Retake your IELTS to improve your score.

By seeing others even i am excited to apply for PR in EE
I am married and have spouse name on my passport.
I dont want to apply with my spouse

1)Is it possible to apply without her just saying i am married?
2)Is it better to apply with or without spouse to get more points as i have seen without spouse i am getting more points...how far is this true?

me and my wife both of us are in canada on post graduate work permit. If i don't add my wife on my profile I get 460 points. but if I add its 440 points.

Is it possible to not add her and apply ??

Is there an option to do like that ?

Also when can we add then once ITA is received ??

I hope someone can help me with this

I have a masters degree from Canada but my other post secondary degree is not Canadian. Do I still need an ECA for that degree?
Has someone, who is in a similar situation got the checklist of docs required after getting ITA which shows whether ECA was required or not?
