You should do your medicals after you get your ITA, in the 60 days time.

CIC determines NOC codes based on your roles and responsibilities not on your Job title.

Yes, you should include your job duration, pay scale, title, roles and responsibilities etc in your Employment Reference letter.

I have applied recently in NOC 2281 and my file status has not been shared with me by agents,.,now i want to apply for EE,.,and need your help bro's,.,.,following are my details:-

NOC 2281
IELTS score Reading=7, Listening=7, Writing=6, Speaking=6
Education:-- my graduation count as a 4 year degree and masters count as masters as per WES ECA report
Experience relevent to education:- more then 6 years
Funds more then 11000 CAD
Never Married
Dnt have reletive in canada
Dnt have job offer from canada
Dnt have work experience of canada


Please kindly help me can i apply for the same and will i be eligible ???

All, I have applied as FSW back in December 2014. I have not heard from them yet. Probably I will receive an ITA on next draw (CRS: 452). I spent nearly 5000$ to get all document prepared on my previous FSW application. I also spent lots of time and energy.
Can CIC use my previously submitted documents? I do not have a reference number or anything else. How can I communicate them about this?
