Please help me in selecting the NOC for EE profile creation.

Currently I am working in Health care Industry as a Center Manager (In Cosmetic Surgery Department)- NOC 0311, but previously was working with Fitness( NOC 0513),Beauty and Slimming(Weightloss) Industry (0651)as the Center,Branch Manager and also as Area Manager for one year. I have completed my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics

So I am confused which NOC to be chosen. If I chose 0311,then its is for Healthcare managers,but for that we need to be in a position of Directors,VP etc.. So I am confused to chose between these NOC codes 0114, 0014 or 0651.

ECS - Completed with WES.


Please let me know which NOC to be chosen?? I m confused

hello i have question is there anyone who applied Express entry inside canada but have expired work permit? can we apply to express entry if im on implied status but waiting for LMIA? i apply extension by paper to buy some time while waiting for lmia... please help...

Dear Experts, pls help :

1) I'm in NOC 1123 & NOC 0124, I have already submitted my express entry and job bank, however I'm now seeing the reality of how hard this is going to be. I guess my question is how do I get a job letter strategically with a company that is eligible and who would do a Labour Test?
2) If an employer gives me a job letter, would the visa be under that company or I'm free to look for other job?
3) What's the process to PR & citizenship once I received my visa?

Please let me know that under Express Entry system point scoring is dependent on type of occupation. If yes then

will it be better for me to go for Express Entry for both mine & my spouse separately for different occupations.

Also let me know that which occupations have most chances to be picked / invited in Express Entry System.

i have an ECA BA Pyschology - WES assessed it to a 4 year bachelors degree canadian equivalency
my ielts scores -
R-8
S- 8
L- 8
W-7

i have a first degree uncle who is a canadian citizen

my spouse has a 4 year degree course but was not assessed for ECA.
my age is 28 years old
my noc is 0112 Human resource managers
and 6314 Customer and information services supervisors (contact centre supervisor)
no canadian work exp

Hello,

In the EE profile there is a questions that says " Is the job offer for full time , non seasonal and permanent work ". Here what do they mean by permanent work ?

I am currently working in Canada with a positive LMIA. My job is full time and non seasonal but it has an anticipated end date(April).

what should be my answer to the above mentioned question "YES" or "NO"

If I say Yes and yes to LMIA number My points are 1014. If I say no and then yes to LMIA my points are 414.
