any positive outcome PR application transferred to CIC Etobicoke Office

Just received letter from cic informing me that my PR application has been transferred to the CIC in Etobicoke. Moreso, last week I got mail informing me that my OWP was received april 30, 2012 and will be reviewed within 16weeks from the date of correspondence which is July 18, 2012. My work permit will expire on Nov 2012 so I am hoping that they will release my OWP beofre it expires.
My question is: Does anyone here with the same situation that PR application was transferred to Local Office?How long would it takes?
