My PR Card Renewal application was received on 24th Sept 2012 and Processing began on 4th November 2012. The online status said that my application was forwarded to the local CIC office. I am in Scarboorugh. What do they mean that my file was forwarded to the local CIC office?
Would I have to attend an interview?
