Decision Made before Medical usually reflects a Rejection. but then again there are differences.

No the office did not contact me. They did not answer the CSE. :'(

Dear Fellow members,

I wanted to know how many of u guys applied for Immigration thru a Lawyer, who did not and how long it took to process their Immigration who applied thru Lawyer. I didn't apply via Lawyer my wife took all the responsibility and its been 16 month started now since my status is "RBVO" so frustrated now u can't imagine. Tried to hire a lawyer but they say we dont take existing cases. Dont know what to do? Even I emailed the London VO but its been a month and half and they didnt reply my query.

My time lines are:
Sent application to Sydney NS 29 March, 2011.
Rcvd by Sydney NS 05 April, 2011.
PER exact after one month 06 May, 2011.
File transfer and Rcvd by London VO 27 May, 2011.

Since 15 months there is no movement in my case and status is same.
